Open Forum: Member comments, issues and/or complaints:
During Open Forum a CCRRCSD member questioned the CCRRCSD current Boards legitimacy due to the lack of the County Board of Supervisors confirmation of appointments and the County Elections Office not having certified the results of the March and April Public meetings. The certification of the CCRRCSD Board will be followed up with the County of Calaveras Board of Supervisors and Elections Office. A report out will be given at the next scheduled CCRRCSD meeting.
