- Chris Doran, John Howsden and Todd Vanden Bosch were sworn in by Adam Robertson

- Each Board Member gave a brief outline of what they would like to see happen within Rocky Road for 2023

December Minutes Approval
- Adam made a motion to approve the December 2022 minutes
- John Seconded the motion
- All vote in favor 5/0
Financial Report
- Todd gave the monthly financial report
- Savings: $470,100.00
- Checking: $665.94
- Money Market: $209,629.00
- Previous Members Sheldon and Ken removed from banking accounts
- Chris and John will be added to bank accounts in the coming week
- Board is looking into moving checking into a higher interest earning account
- ..also moving savings into a 13 month CD

- Chris gave an outline of the direction he would like to see the board move this year

- CSDA Training to bring the board up to compliance

- social media and website enhancements for better communication

- junk removal from certain areas within Rocky Road
- tree trimming
- winter prep for next year

- a member suggested the idea of having "sponsered" areas for cleanup, similar to adopt-a-highway
- a member mentioned that there will be a trash drop-off day in Copperopolis and suggested Rocky Road promote that information
Old Business
- Letter to membership
- All necessary components are ready to be put together to send out the letter
- Denise DeMartini offers to re-write the letter with better formatting
- Gretchen Olsen offered to stuff envelopes
- Black Creek Office will be able to print the letters off for a small fee
- SafeTLite Account
- Rocky Road has an existing account
- An order will be put in for stop-signs and poles
- Audits
- Rocky Road needs to have audits done for the past three years: 2020, 2021 and 2022
- Zoom Account has been created and will commence with the next meeting
- 2023 Budget
- Existing Budget needs to be updated to reflect upcoming projects and expenses

- Treasurer Vote
- Mike Daniels has declined to be treasurer
- Chris nominates Todd as treasurer
- Todd will accept the position for now
- Chris made a motion to elect Todd as Treasurer
- Mike seconds the motion
- All vote in favor 5/0
- Canoe Pothole, Tree trimming and Weed Abatement
- different companies will be contacted to assess paving and filling potholes
- roadside weed abatement is scheduled for January 18th, but may be postponed by weather
- Board Progress and Deliverables -list of completed tasks to be presented each month
- CSDA Membership has been finalized
- Weed Abatement has been scheduled and account created with Sierra Foothill Pest Control
- SafeTLite account created and quote requested for stop-signs and posts
- Insurance quotes have been requested from various companies
- Various Paving Companies have been contacted for quotes and assessments
- Website has been updated and new features added, including a "Report an Issue" form
