Authorize $5,000 for tree pruning on our easement. (Howsden)
John has about 5 spots he’d like trimmed, if anyone has other suggestions, please let him know. Sheldon said to use the dimensions to cut at 6ft in, 18ft up. Curt asked if the Feather area had been looked at, John said he had previously

John motioned to approve prioritized tree cutting not to exceed $6k, estimated to be 2 days of cutting, about 5.5 hours + travel time

Discussion:
Sheldon would like to give board members time to check for other areas, to be given to John by March 27.
Sheldon asked about notifying the member for transparency and commented Rocky Road does not have funds to do mailing to all members.
Curt asked about negotiating with the vendors and John said he would send Curt the vendor info for Curt to get 3 vendor quotes.
John will manage the tree trimming when they vendor is doing the job.
Explore the idea of hiring a part-time (Independent Contractor) or work with a District manager instead of an economic consultant to help the Board with the following tasks: (Toso)

Road Repair
Roadside right of way maintenance
Monthly accounting
Putting together an “Information packet.” (Anderson)
Repair of drainage ditches. (Toso)
Sheldon is looking for this person to be a “working manager”, someone to do labor, quick books etc.
Would be part time position
Discussion on financial state of Rocky Road to pay for this position
Sheldon would consider doing this type of work for cost of fuel and possibly oil change

Curt received Domain Networks bill $289, will check with Adam on if it is a valid bill. Within Curt’s limit to pay if valid.

Board Members bring other location to next meeting to make complete list of repairs needed.
