The manager from the Copper Cove HOA complained that the trail signs on Hoya and Hoka Ct were removed without notification
The HOA Manager also suggested that Sheldon being on both the HOA and Rocky Road board was a conflict of interest
A member sent in a letter to Rocky Road asking that something be done about cars speeding on Cheyenne Road.
A member said that the meetings have been going on for too long and would like shorter meetings
A member said that some of the Board Members were not talking load enough and should speak louder when addressing the audience

The minutes from October need a correction: Under the Budget section there is a part that read "$9994.50 Debt"
we will review and correct it for next meeting
it probably was meant to say "$9994.50 in Debits" since we currently do not have any debts
